10 TV Shows and Movies to Watch the Week of June 9, 2019

This week’s slate of new TV shows and movies is eclectic, from the season two premiere of Big Little Lies to the Tony Awards and a reboot of your favorite childhood show, All That. Not to mention we have both the second season of Pose and Younger season six on deck. So many TV shows but so little time, am I right?

But if you can, try to make time for these titles this week:

73rd Annual Tony Awards: Broadway’s biggest night is hosted by James Corden this year. 8 P.M. ET on CBS

Big Little Lies: Season two of HBO’s hit series is back, and Meryl Streep is now in the picture. Will her character uncover the Monterrey moms’ big secret? Tune in to find out. 9 P.M. ET on HBO

Teen Mom: The OG “teen moms” come together in this season premiere, which definitely isn’t short on drama. 9 P.M. ET on MTV

Pose: Season two kicks off in 1990, right as Madonna has adopted ballroom culture for her then-new song “Vogue.” But how will that affect our key New York City players? 10 P.M. ET on FX

Younger: What will happen with Liza and Charles going into this highly anticipated season premiere? It’s the question on all fans’ minds, and hopefully, we get an answer within the first five minutes of episode one.10 P.M. ET on TV Land

The Real World: As always, a group of strangers are picked to live in a house, only this time it’s happening in Atlanta. And not on MTV. Check out this reboot for yourself on Facebook Watch. Streaming on Facebook Watch

Plus One: Here’s the official description for this romantic comedy: “In order to survive a summer of wedding fever, longtime single friends, Ben (Jack Quaid) and Alice (Maya Erskine), agree to be each other’s plus one at every wedding they’ve been invited to.”
